Repair kit availale at most auto parts stores
If the spark plug is stripped, replace it, if the hole in the cylinder head is stripped, the first thing to do is run a tap or thread chaser through the hole, if that does not work, you will need a helicoil http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helicoil
yes but is is cost effective? that's your call
If you are referring to the 4 cyl engine, there are caps covering the spark plugs and you can remove the caps with a Philips head screwdriver. Gently pulling the plastic up will reveal the rubber hole cover and the spark plug hole.
That is the rubber boot that is on the end of the spark plug wire that goes onto the spark plug.
Could be that the threads are stripped on the plug or the head where the plug is screwed in. Or maybe it's the wrong plug..
Don't know much about lawnmowers but I work on cars. So either ur threads in the head are stripped and/or ur exhaust system is clogged, making the pressure come out of the weakest area which in your case is the spark plug hole
If you are referring to the number 3 spark plug hole, I can help. The cross bar prevents you from using a six inch extension due to clearance issues. Try using two 3" extensions. Get the first one half way in the hole (DO NOT let it fall in the hole, and carefully add the second. Remove the same way.
.o44 and some are .043.

Not tightened properly? Threades stripped?
Go to your local auto parts store and ask for a helicoil kit for your make and engine. This is a coil piece that inserts into the stripped hole and has threads to then accept the plug. I believe they are fairly straightforward to do and the counter guy at the parts store can give you some direction as to how to go about this.
