It sounds like a collapsed pipe. The makeshift hole sounds like an old repair. You may need to replace the line. There are some companies that may be able to run a push rod camera in the line to find the damage. First however try using a cutter snake to clear the line so the camera can see the damage.

A good way to fix a broken customized rod would be with electrical conduit. It is easy to use and most customized rods have a basic inside rod that can be matched with electrical conduit.
Dig a hole with your shovel,put the fishing rod in, and then fast-forward time, then you dig up that hole and it should be golden.

In the radio tower you will fin d the basement key. After you get it stand in front of the grey part of the door and press A it will open.
You don't fix it, you just replace it. After replacing it get an alinement.
If you have no leek and fluid is up the steering ram needs to be checked or the pump or the hyd. valve this is assuming you have ram on tie rod end bar
