Make sure you have a good ground at sockets Do parking and dash lights work? (same circuit) Check bulbs - double filamented smaller for stop lights and larger for tailights Check sockets may be corroded Could be switch one terminal could be burned out
A blown fuse.
in dash lights
If you have no brake lights or tail lights then you've probably got an electrical problem. Check the fuses first and see if you have one or more blown.
The only dirt bikes that are legal in all states are Enduros. That is dirt bikes with turn signals, headlights / taillights, and a license plate. Any dirt bike not equipped with these is not street legal in any state.
Take off the steering wheel. There is a turn signal bar that you have to clean the pins and bend them out to put more pressure on the contacts. Then put it back together.
The Front ECU is a green box (In lancers anyway) in the fuse box. The Front ECU contains relays that control headlights, taillights, turn signals maybe more, i dont no everything it does. There are 5 or 6 relays inside, along with a circuit board. Hope that helps
Check the light switch for a burnt connector. Your Taillights are on a different fuse than your headlights or directionals I would recheck your fuses again. Could also be worth checking for open circuit wiring and bulb holders?
the circuit boards on the taillights are bad.
On my 1993 Oldsmobile 88, it is number "8"
My sons 93 royal 88 Oldsmobile right directional would not blink. We changed the bulb and it started to flash.. hope that helps
sound like a short in the headlamp switch.....I had a similar problem in my 98 chrys sebring...I took off the headlamp/turn signal switch and found a broken wire.....headlights and turn signals worked...taillights didn't...........
This usually happens when you have bulbs burned out. Check those first. If they are fine, then you probably need to change the turn signal flasher. If this is a rear wheel drive Cutlass, it has two flasher units. The one mounted in the fuse box is for the emergency flashers. The one for the turn signals is mounted just under the dash next to the steering column. Mine was on the right side of the column.
