Depending on what is actually wrong, it could be many things.
If you notice your coolant temp is taking forever to barely warm up.
(like forever to barely get to 100*) Your thermostat is stuck open, so coolant if free flowing through the system, being cooled off by the wind and cooling off the engine.
If your low on coolant, the heater wont work.
If your leaking coolant through a hole in the water pump.
The hole is called a weep hole, and the water pump will leak there right before it fails.
I've had these problems on different occasions with my 95 blazer with 125,000 (as of 11/12/11)
Im mildly mechanically advanced, and I've fixed these problems in my own driveway.
Hope this helps

A bad solenoid is likely the reason why your 1994 Chevrolet S10 Blazer won't shift into 1st or 4th gear. Getting it replaced should fix the issue.
If a windshield wipe arm is loose on a 2002 Chevrolet Blazer, it likely needs to be replaced. It probably has a broken connection.
Make sure the bulbs are not burned out.
You do not, you have to replace it.
Well first of all you need to specify what the problem with it is
Need to know what is wrong with it to answer that question.
