By bleeding your brakes as you would normally. Just run enough brake fluid through to fill the reservoir 2 times.
Kits are available at auto parts store that includes a "T" to be installed on heater lines and full instructions to reverse flush cooling system
The emergency brake release handle is to the left of the steering wheel. Down below, and is flush with the panel. Pull the finger tab and release.
Using an angle drill, drill a small hole in the sensor. Thread a screw in the hole, and use it to pull the sensor out.

check power steering oil. if the oil is dirty and burnt ,yaes it needs flush otherwise no power steering does not need flushing unless there is a problem
First open up the radiator, then there's a drain plug on the bottom of the radiator. Fill with water and drain until clear. Fill it up and good to go.

easiest way to fix a heater core prob, especially if it's stopped up, is to flush it, but if you don't want to take the risk, then you need to tear out the dash. That's a job.
You will screw your steering system. You need to flush steering system ASAP. And of course do not drive with engine oil in steering.
