There should be an inside cover in the corner of the window opening. May just pull straight out or one or two screws. Bolts are behind it.

Inside the car opposite where the mirror is there is either a tweeter speaker on the 6-speaker stereo system, or a plastic panel. Pop this off. There are three bolts that hold the whole mirror assembly on as well as a plastic connector for the wire to the power motor. Release the connector, unscrew the bolts, and what's left of your mirror should come right off. Keep one hand out the window or have someone standing outside of the vehicle to catch the mirror when everything releases so it doesn't hit the ground and shatter glass.

I would suggest the you remove the inner door panel to gain access to the lock. I believe that the plastic retainer that connects the lock to the catch is broken.
