How do you get a Sims 2 mesh?

Sims 2 Body Shop and a photo editing program such as M.S. Paint. Body Shop comes with the Sims 2. To access Body Shop, go to your start menu, EA Games, then there should be an option for Body Shop.

Ok First u go to create parts on sims 2 body shop and click start new project. Then u go to geneitics and go to the hair u want to adjust then u click the export folder icon near the bottom and name ur hair then click accept or whatever it says then something comes up after that and u exit out of it trust me and a thing pops and click the check mark then u go to my documents on start and then EA Games then sims 2 then projects then the one u named and u have to open it up in ur editing progam (paint shop pro, photoshop,etc. but GIMP is really good and its FREE!)that's how far i got but whatever i go to the hair and then go back to bodyshop it is the same oh and when u go to the porjects folder and click the folder u named ur hairstyle the first one in color is one that u can recolor etc. and the second one the(one in black in white that is called alpha at the end is the one that u can change the length. If you add black to any part it erases hair and if u add white it makes it longer but that's all i know so hoped i helped u out!!!

Sorry don't think you can. But you can download objects off of the internet of off different websites :)

Depends on what you want to do. Do you just want a different color of an existing object? Do you want an object with the same functions as an existing object but a different shape? Do you want an object with slightly different functions? Your best bet is to Google for what you want; it's quite likely that someone else has already made something similar.

First you need to choose a website. You can use the sims resource or modthesims2 or just search on google 'sims 2 hair downloads' or something like that.

Once you're on a website find a hairstyle you like and click 'download'. Save it in My documents/EA games/The Sims 2/Downloads (if you don't have a downloads folder make one making sure it has a capitol 'D'.

When its finished find the file and right click. Your going to need either Winrar or 7-zip for this so just search one of them on google and download it.

Anyway right click and select 'extract here' with one of the programs. Then you're done! Just load the game and go on create a sim to see if its there.

Note- Not all of the downloads work so keep that in mind.

If you're still confused search the question on YouTube since there's some good tutorials out there!

If you want to get custom clothes then you might need a mesh which is just the sort of outline for the outfit. Download and extract both of them.
