to get sweet abs like mine you will need to do sit ups and other exercise from Youtube. type "how to get quick abs without equipment" and you will find lots of execise. Do the execises every morning and in the evening, and you will have ripped abs. (DO NOT TAKE ANY DRUGS OR STEROIDS, cause i don't either.) Dheeraj=)
