work out a lot, be healthy and active. i know a 12 year old boy with abbs! every time u work out reward urself with something like watching a t.v. show after u work out but remember don't eat unhealthy or reward yourself with junk food! u will eventually get fat ! lol
Well what u do is do this exercise, u lay down On ur back, put ur legs up stright in the air, go up putting ur hands up touching ur ankles, the higher u go, the more ur abs r gonna hurt, done these and they fill great, next day ur arms and abs r gonna be sore!

Not to any serious extent. It is not bad to think about your physical structure and improve it but 13 is just to young to have to worry. By 15 you should worry if you want well developed strong abs.
