I live in Chicago and want to marry an illegal immigrant from Italy who has live in Chicago for 6 years now. How do I marry an illegal immigrant living in the state he is illegal in?

You can't, unless u want him to be kicked out of the country. he can return to the country, and you get married there. Then you file a whole bunch of forms for him to get here, as if he didn't do the illegal immigration in the first place. It will take a long time.
