There is no classic version of minecraft that you can play for free like you can with on the pc and there is no boxed(disc) version . Currently the only method is to buy it on the xbox marketplace. It costs 1600 microsoft points.
No, you get it over XBox Live.
there will be on April 30th
To get Minecraft on your Xbox 360, you will have to go to the 'Games' tab of your home. Then you can search up "Minecraft" and it costs 1,600 Microsoft Points. It is not available on disc, unfortunately.
Minecraft came out in 2011 for the PC, Mac, Android, and iOS systems. It came out on Xbox Live in 2012 and on a disc for Xbox in 2013. When the Xbox One is released, Minecraft will be released for play on it.
I don't think they plan to create a disc game of Minecraft as they've already created a downloadable version on the Xbox marketplace.
Yes, however it is not available in the disc format. You must buy it in the xbox 360 game store.
I don't think you can buy minecraft on a disc, but my best guess is 20$ because on the market place it costs 1600 points and 1600 is = to 20$
I haven't heard any word of that, but it is available on the Xbox 360, and will be an Xbox One exclusive when it is released.
Yes
Yes it's a completely different system and your Minecraft on Xbox will be connected with your XBL account.
I highly doubt it, Minecraft isn't avaliable in disc form... only ask a digital download from the Minecraft website or XBox.
Usually on Xbox live, all updates are free. So you won't need to pay for the updates.
