The water pressure is controlled by your pressure switch and the tank residual air. If there is less or low pressure with more than one faucet do a test. 1. switch off the pump. 2 drain the tank through regular faucet, then measure air pressure on nipple at top of tank, if it is less than 26-28 psi that is your problem and may mean the bladder is shot. It can be recharged with a small compressor to 26-28 psi. but this will only last a few weeks if bladder is faulty.

Can a faucet turn itself on because of pressure in the pipelines?

No. It takes much more than water pressure to turn on the water faucet. At most, there is a leak if anything at all.

A faucet.

No

Why does it take a long time for water to drain from the bathtub when running water from the faucet. But when you run water from the shower head I have no problem?

More "VOLUME" flowing from the tub spout then the shower head as the shower head has a flow restrictor

Why does the new water faucet tip say on the instructions to use the fat washer if for inside faucet but not for the outdoor faucet?

more flow but do not last as long as beveled ===

What can you do If kitchen sink has very low water pressure but rest of house is okay?

It's more than likely that you have something stuck in the screen of your faucet or there is something stuck in the valves under your sink, best to shut off your main water and clean them out, and unscrew the the cap on the end of your faucet and check the screen. Hope it helps. thanks, but.. I checked the screen and it's ok.. also I added a new sprayer onto the unit, every since then the water has been running slow

When facet is turned on using city water connection water starts then in about 10 seconds just dribbles. There is plenty of water pressure to trailer. How can this be fixed?

Clean out the aerator on your faucet. It is more than likely plugged with sediment from the water. Unscrew it from the spout and blow out the screen, reinstall, and you should have full pressure.

Why would you have different hot or cold water pressure at the faucets?

I have seen hot water pipes clog up where it screws into hot water heater check pressure at hot water drain valve on heater and see if it is alot higher pressure than another faucet in the house.if it is check for clog in pipe.

How do you get the air out of the line after installing new faucet?

Very simple. Run each faucet until there is no more air. This usually only takes a minute or two per faucet. Remember air is lighter than water and will quickly rise, thus exiting the faucet additionally the strong flow of water out of the faucet is a huge plus.

Why do Hot water run very slow cold water good?

The water pressure when one turns on the hot water is lacking because the water is coming from one's water heater, which is at the same level as the faucet, whereas the pressure from the cold valve is coming directly from one's town's water tower, which is at a much greater elevation. Also, the water heater tank is only a few feet high, whereas the water holding cell in a water tower is several feet high. The potential energy of the water tower far exceeds that of one's hot water heater, thus the cold water flows out of the faucet with much more pressure.

Why would a kitchen faucet turn itself on when using the washer or outside faucets?

The kitchen faucet tap is threaded and is kept stationary by an upward force from the water supply. A sudden surge of pressure from somewhere else in the pipeline releases the pressure on the tap allowing the tap to move freely. While there is still a little pressure remaining on the tap it will of course take the path of least resistance and open up a little. This seems to happen more frequently as the tap threads continue to wear. Wow that answer above??? My guess is that you have a Moen faucet they are known to do this when subjected to high line pressures and the pressure fluctuates. Check your line pressure with a gauge it should be 80 psi or less or you need a pressure reducing valve installed. The faucet probably needs the cartridge replaced. == Answer== The delta two handle faucet will do the samething. And i think any washerless faucet could do it. Replace seats, spings and cartridges.
