How do you get past CS R's at BAC Home loans for a re-mod I have had 3 negotiators in the past year and cannot get an answer about anything?

As a foreclosure specialist for Bank of America, I may be able to answer some of your questions. I am a foreclosure claims analyst with Bank of America. I don't work directly with the customer service reps or the negotiators but I know a thing or two about the process. The first step, of course, is returning the financial documents to see if you qualify. From what I understand, the negotiator's job is to work with the borrower to find a new payment plan that is acceptable to both the borrower and the lender.
