you will take the rear door panel off..there should be one screw and some plasic 'trees'...you will slide the arm rest/power window switch through the opening (so you dont have to unplug it) and the 5x7/6x8 speaker will be right there...you will need a smalled socket set to remove the speaker

start by removing the mesh over the speaker carefuly so not to damage it, use a flat headed screw driver and gently pry it off. then remove the screws holding in the speaker. your good to go then.
