There are all types of exercises, but you will never totally get rid of this (it will improve) without plastic surgery.
If you are in your teens to approx. 40, you can do it by exercise, but 40 and on, you can improve it, but not totally get rid of it and as I said, will require surgery if it bothers you that much.
