Two different vacuum actuators opens and close the mode doors to direct the air to the floor, vents, or defrost. Either you have a bad vacuum motor, or (more likely) you have a cracked vacuum hose. Crawl under the dash and listen for a sucking sound. Also, check all the plastic lines to see if they are cracked.

There is a switch that allows you to open and close the Lincoln Navigator rear side windows. The switch is located on the overhead console.
They all have separate circuits, check the fuses.
Sealant does not work. Replace faulty seal or gasket.
Most likely it is a resistor that has blown on the back of the controls.
i replaced the fuel pump and now my theft system wont work
The compressor is either bad or your air bags are bad... Get springs from a rear 2wd Expedidion and swap them on your Navigator, is real chep and easy. and it feels just like the air bags. I did it to mine last week...
