For a router firewall check the bottom/sides/top of the router (the internet box, there's a yellow, blue, or grey cord clipped into the back of your computer unless you have wireless, follow that to the box. ) and it will give you an ip address (looks like 192.168.0.3 or some set of numbers like that) and possibly a user name and password as well. Type the series of numbers (ip address) in the top bar in you internet browser where it says wiki.answers.com and then hit enter. Type any user names or passwords requested. Look for firewall somewhere on the screen.
