If one is rusted you might as well replace them all and that requires removal of the engine
You can replace the locking cylinder, on your 1994 Ford Thunderbird, by removing the inside door panel. The locking mechanism will be visible with the door panel removed.
A turbocharger would be more practical and easier to install.

There is not one freeze plug. There many freeze plugs, ususally there are three on each side of the engine block, one in the rear inside the bellhousing, and there is usually one at each end of both cylinder heads. There may be more depending on the engine.
