you need to take the front of the engine apart it runs off your timing belt. Don't remove the fans just the alt/Power Steering belt. Then take all the front cover bolts out except the lower two on each side of the crank pulley just loosen those. Remove the cover.
Don't remove the timing belt just line up your timing marks on both cams by turning the crank pulley and use two vice grips to hold them in place. Put the grips on top of the front cover to the inside of the cam sprocket's, not to tight just enough to hold them in place. Now you can remove your water pump bolts and flip the pump out leaving the belt in place. To install just reverse what you just did.
