UNPLUG BATTERY FIRST!!!!!! Let vehicle set for about twenty minutes or so to make sure no residual power is left in system (capacitors). There should be two small sized 8mm(I think) screws that hold the bag on the the steering wheel from the back of the wheel. Bag should come out unplug the connector. You will probably have to replace the "clock spring" also. This is the piece that the airbag connector is connected too. The steering wheel will most likely have to come off to get this piece out. If you put in a another bag and clock spring and the airbag lights still light up then the airbag contoller unit has been blown also. Impossible to say for sure without replacing those two first. Hope this helps.

If you have a 1999-2000 Ford Ranger with a flex-fuel sensor it is located just under the driver side door on the inside of the frame and the fuel line coming from your fuel filter goes right to it. You unplug it then remove the fuel line on both sides of it and re-install the new one.
