It is built into the alternator.
how can I remove adrum brake from geo metro 1992
17 foot pounds.
For what part? You're too vague. Be specific.
Yes the Geo Prism has ait bags.
The Torque Specs for a 1992 Geo Prizm are 101 ft-lbs @ 4800rpm. In addition it has a capabilty of 102hp at 5800rpms.
A 1995 Geo Prism may experience squealing if the power steering pump is failing or the serpentine belt is loose. Tightening the belt and applying a belt conditioner are the first step to addressing this problem.
Timing belt ( for both the 1.6 liter and 1.8 liter - 4 cylinder engines )
My experience tells me it is a non interference engine and it is unlikely to have damage.
the alternator and belt are located at the bottom of the engine on the passenger side looking at the timing belt side
where is the fuel filter located on a 91 geo prism?
GM made a small car called the geo prism. GM Chevrolet or GEO
my granddaughter has a 1997 GEO prism LSI. i need to know how to remove the ignition switch

All O2 sensors are threaded into the exhaust system at various points.
It's located right behind the tank for the headlight fluid.
Same answer as: "How do you replace a starter on a 92 Geo Prism LSI or GSI?" at this same site.
Answer :car stalls when acceleratesthrottle body probably has carbon around it or the throttle positioning sensor is bad . when was the last time you had a tune up using genuine TOYOTA parts, that is if the engine is Toyota which it probably is since my 1992 geo prism has Toyota drivetrain to it,also when was the last time a timing belt was replaced?
It is located in the gas tank which can be accessed by removing the back seat.
new timing belt every fifty 50,000 mi. yes it is an interference head
what year was geo prisms made
No. The Prism motor is a Toyota motor and side mounted. The Tracker motor(suzuki) is mounted with the engine from front to back, so it will not work without a lot(I mean a lot) of work to do it.
You engine has a chain and NOT a belt. No maintenance is necessary.
The Geo Metro was the only Geo to have a 3cylinder engine.
