The engine will take longer to start when its cold. When its warm usually its starts right up. But as it sits and gets cold again it will take longer and longer.
It will turn over normally but just take longer to kick in. This is the begining of the sensor going bad. Easy fix 30.00 part. At first you may think its the battery or starter like I did.

If your crank sensor goes out how do you know which one to change?

There is only one crank sensor fitted, you may also have a cam sensor. the crank sensor is located either around the bellhousing or around the front crank pulley. It either has 2 or 3 wires. It picks the signal off the revolving crank so look for a sensor in the block near flywheel.
