I just paid $111.00 to the local Chevy dealer for a diagnostic, the reason I went to them was because I would get a check engine light for a few days then it would go away. I also am having the hardest time starting it in the morning if it sits off for a day or so.. I would open and close the ignition about 5 times before attempting to crank it, and that would normally start it. They estimated almost $1200.00 to replace the spider injectors and the appropriate seals to put it all back together..
I had a similar problem with my 95 Blazer. The problem I had was with the spider unit or the fuel injection unit. This went bad on me along with the fuel lines going to it. While I was driveing one day it just died. If you have gas in the oil this could be your problem.
Very possible.
1993 sc 400 fuel injection pump location? how do you know if it bad ?
sound like you have a 4.3 vortec with a bad spider. it is multiported so inside the plentum of the intake, there is your spider, they go bad and fill up your intake with fuel, then dump it down the valley of the engine.
ıgnition injection cutoff bad
Need to know what year 4.3L Blazer to answer that. Sounds like you got some bad gas and clogged it. That vehicle has throttle body injection. It has two injectors on the top. You say one doesn't spray. If I remember right, each injector has its own electrical connection. Switch the connections from one to the other then run it. If the same injector doesn't spray you have a bad injector. If the other injector doesn't spray you may have wiring problems or a bad pcm.
IF ITS A 4.3 THEY ARE UNDER THE BLACK PLASTIC COVER ON THE INTAKE CALLED THE PLENUM The injection system on the 4.3 is one unit called a CPI Spider . Six poppit valves are attached to small tubes , one for each cylinder . Not a very big unit but pricey . The fuel regulator is attached to the Spider. The small fuel tubes on the Spider are proned to cracking with age and leak fuel which over fuels the engine and causes bad milage and hard starting . Takes about 45 mins. to change if you are handy . I know , I have done this job twice myself.
becuz he doesn't know how 2 play... like at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!
bad bad bad bad idea!!
Take the blazer to a local autozone to have the battery tested for FREE! but the blazer would not start if it sat for a couple days or so. also it would start hard, but once it started it would run fine.
Taste bad
he is not bad he is only bad when he has the black suit
