Has this just started.?, Does it shift rough or not at all.? Have you looked under the car to check for oil leaks.? Have you looked under the hood for any oil spillage..? Have you physically checked the amount of oil you have in the transmission.? Go to a transmission shop and they will do these things free for you and possible tell you what has to be done, the cost and how long to repair...
your alero wil start stalling and eventually stop..
a bad sensor. the alero is notorius for many bad sensors. not an expensive replacement though
It is integrated into the alternator, if it is bad you will need to replace the alternator.
More than likely the a/c compressor is bad. The compressor clutch could be shorted also.
USUALLY that just means that the gas cap isn't tight or that the o-ring seal is bad.
Modulating valve may be bad
Blown blower motor fuse? Bad blower motor or resistor? Check to see if you are getting power to motor - if so motor is bad if not check fuse and/or resistor Bad switch?
Sounds like a bad water pump to me.
it sounds like a bad flasher which is directly behind the switch/button that is used to turn four ways on
P= Powertrain 0140= bad oxygen sensor downstream from the catalytic converter. Check wiring first, if no problems with broken wiring replace sensor.

The only way to have the water pump replaced is to take it to the dealer.It is incased with the engine. Approx.cost is $1500.00 This is my 2nd need for the dealer. (repairing the security light/ignition problem. $650.00) All of this in 2 years. Bad, Bad,Bad.
