You will have to remove the door panel to get the front speakers but the rear are accessible through the trunk. On my daughters car I removed the window crank and popped the panel fasteners off the bottom of the door and was able to replace the speaker without removing the whole panel.

The bcm for a 99 Sunfire should be under the dash. It is on the drivers side near the kick panel.
You can remove the door panel without breaking it by removing the two screws from the door handle and also the four screws from the speakers. Once done, gently pull the panel away from the door.
