Start with a visual inspection of all sockets, bulbs and wiring involved including a trailer plug if applicable. Look for wires pinched or damaged. If someone has worked on the vehicle recently, look for electrical problems in that area they worked on.

There are literally 100 different things that can cause your four-wheel-drive not to work. The most common cause is a disconnected wire on the four-wheel-drive selector switch.
Bad fan motor? Check to see if you are getting power to it Bad Switch? Bad fan relay?
If fuses check out fine, then check the dashlights and taillights themselves, if those check out then most likely there is an electrical problem elsewhere
