I can't see a way to do that in a healthy manner. Try diet and exercise, but don't be upset if that doesn't work.
4 weeks in a month. 12 weeks. 24 lbs
It is unlikely that you can do so safely. Ten pounds in two weeks is much more realistic.
around 12...
Safe weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds a week, so that would be 12 to 24 pounds in 12 weeks.
there is no way you should lose that much at your age. At maximum you should lose 1 pound a week. Walk or run for a little while each day, eat about 200 calories less a day
Eat Healthy and exercise lots of it=) hope i helped=D
You can't lose 100 pounds in 15 minutes. It takes about 11 or 12 months to lose 100 pounds.
Losing that much weight that fast is dangerous. It could upset your whole system and your electrolytes (things like sodium and potassium) could become out of balance, which can kill you, by making your heart stop. It is much wiser to lose weight slowly on a healthy diet and exercise plan.
By cutting off your arm?
Could he or she be anorexic? Alternatively, it could be diabetes or some other health problem. It would be wise to consult with a doctor or medical adviser.
You don't. Not now, not ever. You took a long time to gain it, and you will take time to lose it, namely, 4 weeks IF you eat the right food in the right amounts, and exercise vigorously every day for at least half an hour. More loss than 3 pounds per week can be seriously damaging to your heart and other organs.
Unless working from a diet and exercise plan approved by a doctor which says otherwise, 6 kilograms or 12 pounds is what you should be losign in that time.
