well i know it's different for everybody but here's how i lost one in a day and seven in a week.....

Breakfast - one boiled egg

Lunch - Tuna salad

Dinner - Chicken and veg

Snacks - fruit

Drinks - Only water

Exercise-

45 min jog

20 push-ups

50 squats

and a range of activity's at my gym

Well i find this was a healthy diet but my quick results might be due to my metabolism rate however give it a try hope it helped
