A Ford F-250 can come in a variety of tire sizes with or without being lifted. The largest tire you can use without having to lift the truck would be 265/70/16.

You can probably find tires for your Ford F250 pickup truck from any place that sells tires. This can be from a Ford dealership, Walmart Tire Center, Sears Tire Center, Les Schwab, and Meineke.
i have a 1968 ford f250 high boy its stock tire size is 235/85/16 but it will clear 35 inch tires or some 285/75/16
Look on the tire itself. It should say 35 lbs psi or whatever it recomends. Tire pressure does not go by vehicle make. Michelle
Check along the top of the radiator support (just behind the grille). They used to hide them there once in a while. Also try under the seat, but depending on the year, just unscrew the wingnut on the bracket and drop the spare on the ground.
My 1969 F-250 4X4 has stock LT235/85 R16 that have plenty of room in the wheel wells.
Look at the lower rear of the engine passenger side
