It depends on what sounds on the internet you are talking about. If you mean navigation noises, those would be set under Sounds in the control panel. If you mean sound clips and videos, then that could be one of several issues.

Step Three: On Your laptop/PC sound; what you have checked and is on full, there may be a word sometimes under lined saying 'Mixer' click on it and you will see: Dives, System Sound and Internet Explorer; If you are speaking to someone on MSN it may say there email address, anyway, your Internet explorer may be on mute or silent, so just pull the sound up to loader.... Step Four: You might find your internet sound is working again.... Step Five: Enjoy your music, game sound, video sound ETC.... NOTE!
