It will work, but if you're using a screen size larger or smaller than 1024x768 you will experience some graphical bugs that may or may not affect you gameplay. For example, the petz will have no eyes. The only currently known solution to this is changing your screen resolution, but if you love your petz so much, then it will be worth it. This can turn out to be a minor annoyance if you are using a resolution larger than that.
To adjust one's screen resolution on a Windows computer, right click on the mouse when the pointer is over the homescreen. Press "adjust screen resolution" and adjust to one's needs.
Overlay Resolution is not Adjustable on the Xbox 360. Sorry.
The screen resolution may be different on your computer. To change this in windows, right-click on your desktop and select "Properties." On the Settings tab, there is an option to select your screen resolution.
You changed resolution to a mode that your monitor cannot handle.Restart in Safe Mode; to do this (in Windows), restart the computer, and press F8 before you see the windows logo. You may need to press it several times. You should get a menu, and one of the choices is "Boot computer in safe mode". Boot in safe mode, then once your computer is booted, change the resolution to 640x480, then shut down and reboot again (returning to normal mode). You can then set the resolution and colors back to where you want them (and where they work).
Text can get smaller for two reasons: 1.) You are decreasing the size of text. 2.) You are increasing the resolution. Increasing the resolution increases your desktop space however it sacrifices the size of objects and text. Text can be increased/decreased by going to screen settings (it is different depending on your OS), and go into advanced appearance options in Windows Vista and/or Windows Seven.
This was a problem with Windows Vista, but as far as I know it was fixed. It will be the resolution your computer is running the Game as. You may have to go into your Combat Arms settings and change it to a more perportional resolution for your computer screen.
On a Windows computer screen resolution can be changed by right clicking on the desktop and selecting the screen resolution option. The various options will be available on a drop down menu with the optimum resolution for the monitor marked as recommended.
If you're referring to making the screen smaller entirely then you will need to change your resolution. If you have Windows XP, then to do this, follow my instructions below:~ Right click somewhere in an open area of your desktop~Select "properties"~A window called "Display Properties" will then open. In the display settings dialog box, click the "Settings" tab.~ Drag the screen resolution slider to the left to decrease the resolution of your screen/monitor, making text and pictures appear larger. (Dragging the slider to the right will increase the resolution, making your text and pictures appear smaller).NOTE:If you are referring to making the screen larger or smaller in a web browser, while the browser is open, you can press CTRL + +(Control, plus the "plus" sign) to increase, or CTRL + - (Control, plus the "minus" sign) to decrease.
Usually it uses standard settings, such as, no Aero, low resolution if video driver was not found and so on.
