To clarify just a bit. The doors no longer unlock when car is turned off or when using the keyless entry remote. Using the key and the button on the drivers side door still works with out a problem. Also, the doors will still lock when car is turned on and when the doors are locked using keyless entry remote.

have you checked to batteries in the remote?
On the inside of the keyless entry remote or sometimes on the back it explains how to do this. I believe you hold the unlock button along with the lock button for 7 seconds near the car. It will explain it on the inside of the keyless entry remote.

Schlage offers a keyless lock entry for doors. The lock is a deadbolt lock that uses a keypad. The keypad requires a specific number combination to be unlocked.

Get in the car, lock the doors. Insert the key and then remove the key. (Repeat this about 7 times) After about the 7th time you will see the lights flash. Hold down the lock button for a few minutes and then hit unlock key. It should unlock the care and the remote should be programmed.

If the keyless entry works on your other dooor(s) then electric lock motor may have failed. If it doesn't work on ANY doors, then the battery in the keyless remote has probably gone dead. If it is the electric motor, it is your decision if youwant to spend the money to repair it, or just get used to using the key to manually lock/unlock it.
Stand outside your car holding the remote up against the Driver side window. Hold the Lock and Unlock buttom simultaneously on your remote while pointing your remote at the steering wheel. After about 30 sec. you will hear your horn beep. Your remote has been re-set and should now work.
