How do you open the rear hatch of a Chrysler town and country when power locks or key won't work and there's no inside release latch?

Fix the power locks.
My daughter got her coat stuck in the rear latch and now sometimes it won't unlock/open. What we have to do is turn the key in the lock and lift the handle at the same time. It only gets hung-up part of the time, so I'm not sure of a permanent fix.

between frt seats theres a plastic cap.pop up cap use long bar in the jack kit with tire tool through it to lowwer and raise spare.may have to have someone pull down on spare while you lower from inside to get it started.
