Well I think a tortoise shell one because they are really playful, more that 60% of them are girls though.

Like dogs, different breeds of cats have different behavior characteristics. I got my cat from the pound and he picked me! He came to the front of the cage and rolled over and that was that. If you have Allergies, a short haired cat may be best. The white ones tend to shed, and the Maine coones (my favorite( leave a fair amount of fur behind. Pet shop pets tend to be skittish from not being handled enough, so make sure that you hold the one you pick and that it is easy going.

well, if your into cats like me! :D i say you should go to an abused animal shelter and take care of the one of your chose, and don't forget, its been badly scared so if you do get one from the abused animal shelter be gentle don't abuse it more, and try to hold out your hand slowly so the animal sees you wont slap him, then slowly pet his or her head gently. animals in pain need you! oh and if you don't go to an animal shelter, i would say a calico cat is the cutest, well, so are the tortes shells! super cute, oh oh so are the bermin kitty's! oh listen to me! just find a cat you love and you'll be fine!
