Ok, but restraining yourself from driving is not the best way to secure a tire from slashing. I have found a product that does that for me quite perfectly, it is called FLATS OVER System. It is made of rubber so it does not transfer impact from the contact of the ground to the wheels in case of bumps and flat tires. It actually does not prevent the tire being slashed but does better, even if your tire slashes you can continue to drive and maintain the vehicle steady.
It is also efficient against firearms. I saw it on a test in Italy and got very impressed. They drove something like 100Km with a flat tire, than shot the tire, then the tire came off after some 50Km flat and shot at and still the car maintained perfect driving conditions. I just got one for my car and some for my company's cars as well. Easy to install and uninstall to transfer to other wheel of the same size. Any mechanics can do it following the manual. Highly recommended. I found them at: see related link
You may not be able to get anywhere with the police if you were just threatened to have your tires slashed. If your tires were actually slashed, and you saw or filmed the person who did it, then you should report it as soon as it happens.
Tim Shepherd is looking for Dally in Chapter 2 because someone slashed the tires on his car, and Tim's brother Curly "spotted Dally doing it".
can't find 'A' answer Help is here! The military had shoulder guards simply to protect their shoulders and prevent their arms from being slashed. They fought hand to hand and those swords were sharp.

As for slashed tires you probably would need a tow to a tire store, but if the air is let out a portable 12 volt air compressor that plugs into your cigarette lighter would do nicely. Call LES SCHWAB!!!!!!!!!!
