There should be a small reservoir located near the brake master cylinder on the firewall, drivers side.
On some Jeeps you may have to move the grill support rod to get the top off the reservoir.

You should use atf +4 in your wrangler transmission
I would suspect a weak clutch slave cylinder or clutch master cylinder which may be preventing the clutch from disengaging fully; The slave cylinder is connected hydraulically to the clutch master cylinder. The clutch master is where you add fluid.

it is in the master brake bottle the clutch feeds threw the hose at the drivers rear of the brake bottle
I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY 92 WRANGLER.. GO TO AUTOZONE.COM AND CLICK ON SERVICE MANUALS, THEY WILL EXPLAIN HOW TO BLEED THE SLAVE CYLINDER.. AND IT WORKS.. DON DRC@EPIX.NET
