you get a usb cord plug it in the top of the psp and the other end in your computer on your psp go to settings and click on usb connection somthing should load up on your computer that asks you how you want to veiw files click veiw in folder and make a new folder that's called music then you just drag the songs you want to that folder and then you've got music

(Please note that this is for if you have a windows computer). Get the usb cable (mini usb I think) then connect it to your computer, go to the psp settings and click on usb connection. After that, your computer should beep telling you there's a mass storage device connected, that being your psp. Click on "open folder to view files". The Nintendo DSi only plays AAC files, so you will need iTunes (or some other program to convert music files into the AAC format), an SD card, and a way to plug an SD card into your computer.

First, you have to download the MP3 file you want, whether on the iTunes store or some other means. When you have installed iTunes (or similar program), drag the MP3 (or non-AAC)File in your iTunes window, right-click and select "Make AAC Version", which will start the converting process. You need a SD card (comes with the 3DS) and a SD card reader.

Put the SD card into the computer and create a new folder. Next, copy music files into that folder there. When you put the SD card back into the 3DS and go to 3DS Sound, all of the music files are in there!

Be sure that the song files are mp3 format as the 3DS reads this format

Also, make sure that there is only a maximum of 100 songs per folder.
