The Nintendo DSi only plays AAC files, so you will need iTunes (or some other program to convert music files into the AAC format), an SD card, and a way to plug an SD card into your computer.
First, you have to download the MP3 file you want, whether on the iTunes store or some other means. When you have installed iTunes (or similar program), drag the MP3 (or non-AAC)File in your iTunes window, right-click and select "Make AAC Version", which will start the converting process. When the converting is done (you'll be informed when it is done), drag the AAC file to your SD Card.
You need a SD card (comes with the 3DS) and a SD card reader.
Put the SD card into the computer and create a new folder. Next, copy music files into that folder there. When you put the SD card back into the 3DS and go to 3DS Sound, all of the music files are in there!
Be sure that the song files are mp3 format as the 3DS reads this format
Also, make sure that there is only a maximum of 100 songs per folder.
Put your psp in ian mode go to music on your ps3 and go to to the psp file and open up the music file through your ps3 to select what music you want to transfer
