To let the back seat down on a 1999 Pontiac Grand AM, you have to open the trunk and pull the release straps located at the top of the back of the seat. By pulling these straps and slightly pushing the back of the seat they will go forward.
there are two nylon handles in the top of the trunk, you pull one for left side one for right side.

You have to go in from the trunk and work upside down.
Turn ignition to ON position. Press brake pedal all the way down for 3-5 seconds. Pump the gas pedal 3 times quickly. Start the car. Oil change light should be off now. Works for 2002 Grand Am.

To get to the fuse box on a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix, open the front passenger side door. On the end of the dash, there is a small panel with a hole in it.
