∙ 11y agoYou will need a capture card which will cost around $100 or more. However, here is a cheap way. Buy a USBGrabber which are cheap and get a free software.
any hd pvr recorder, dvd recorder, or digital recording device will work to get this done. when using a dvd make sure you have a dvd reader on your computer. depending on the type of pvr you use, you can either transfer with internet, usb flash drive, or with usb cable. i personally use a newelectronx hd pvr because i use it to record retro games as well as the xbox. you can see the related links for how to connect it to your computer and your xbox to get the recorded xbox games to your computer.

Pinnacle also makes an external interface for running video through your PC for recording purposes. It retails for about $90.
