I tried looking for ages however I found the way to change the hotmail password.
1. Sign in to Hotmail.
2. If you are at home: Find the link Options on the middle-top of the page.
If you are at inbox: Find Options at the right hand side then click More Options.
3. On left hand side, click Windows Live under Show options for.
4. Find the link Password.
You may be prompted to sign in to confirm you are changing the password.
