The vehicle needs to be safely raised (shop lift or jack stands). The rear wheels/tire assemblies can then be unbolted. After hanging the calipers, which need the brake pistons compressed, they can be put to the side with a hangar off the frame. The rotors should then slide out. If they are proving difficult a small blow with a shop rubber mallet helps to release rotors and drums.
