Remove wheel, remove dust cap, should be a castle nut with a cotter key, remove key and castle nut. if memory serves, the drum should come off now.

The otter bearings will come out as you pull the rotor off. The inner bearings can also be removed once you pull out the seal. If you are having the rotors turned, you will need to drive out the race's. It is a good idea to go ahead and replace the bearings since your into it his far.

i am trying to remove cotter pin from my 40 hp outboard motor, and cant seem to get anywhere with it,any ideas what i can do to remove it Thanks

Jack up and remove tires. Remove axle cotter key and nut. Remove ball joint cotter key and nut. Drop lower control arm and pull axle from spindle. To do this put castellated ball joint nut on backward and flush to protect threads. Strike balljoint nut with deadblow hammer while prying lower control arm loose. Remove the cotter pin/nut in center & they pull straight off.
Block and jack up car on side to do. Remove nut and cotter pin (if there is a cotter pin) and use a wheel puller.
pull the cotter pin out with with a pair of pliers and and remove the the little metal sleeve the cotter pin was in. you can use a small nail to achieve this. slide the hydraulic line straight out.
