It does not matter which head gasket is blown, as you need to replace both if one blows. A compression check will verify which is actually blown. A cooling system pressure test may also be needed. The intake, & exhaust manifolds, and heads, have to be removed to replace the head gaskets. This is a major repair and a job for someone with expertise and the proper tools. The fact that you ask this question indicates that you do not have the knowledge to perform this repair. Take it to a professional.
