The rotor and hub is an assembly, you need to take the wheel off, remove the brake caliper, use a hex drive to remove the lockout assembly, then there is a special socket you need to use to remove the bolt holding the hub in place.
The hub is pressed in. Remove the knuckle with the hub and bearing in it and take it to local machine shop.
Remove brake caliper, then caliper mounting. Now tap back of rotor to remove it. Now undo large nut holding hub and pull hub off. Replace in reverse order.
Remove the wheel, Remove the hub, take hub to a press, then press it out, installation is opposite removal.

grab an alen wrench and remove the hexhead bolts on hub. assembly should pull right out. pop the new ones on tighten up. be sure to check gear oil.
Just pull it out. There should be nothing holding it in the differentail after you remove the locking hub and the hub.
you need to remove the entire steering knuckle and have a machine shop press out the hub and bearing for you.

They need to be pressed in. You will have to remove the hub assembly and have a shop press the bearings into the hub.
There is a special tool to remove the wheel hub cap, it is basically impossible to do without it. Go to a tool store and ask them what tool it is, they should know what you're talking about
