Insert the 2 little sliders that come with the new unit on each side and pull it out
After you take off the face plate, you need a removal tool to remove the stereo. If you dont have one, get tweezers, break them in two pieces, and shove the two prongs into the inserts on the side of the stereo. Slowly manuever the stereo out.
