You'll need to pull the steering wheel. First, disconnect one of the battery terminals, then pull the the horn assembly. Lift the horn button then disconnect the wire. Now use a socket to pull the center nut. You'll need a steering wheel puller to remove the wheel from the spline. Next, remove the plastic dust cover. Once you have the inside exposed, you should be able to get to the screws that hold the key tumbler in place.
