PULL! That is, after you remove three or so bolts. You'll have to remove the little corner reflector carefully, so you don't break the little tabs. I usually do though, and end up just putting some silicon on the back upon replacement. There is a bolt behind it though. There should be another one by the handle part of the door. Depending on which door your are removing, the driver's door for instance..you'll have to remove the module with the switches by prying it up, and then disconnect the plugs. You should find a bolt inside of there too. Also, remove the screw by the inside door latch, and take off that plastic piece. The door is snapped on quite well, but pry on the bottom to start and work your way around. It will eventually all come off. Hopefully that helps get you started.
