Very easily. Get a wrench that is "1 1/8" inch although a "1 1/16" would aslo work. Buy the switch. The best one and cheapest I found was at Oreilley's Auto. Unllke Mopar parts they have "LIFETIME WARRANTY" Mopar have only one year and mine broke 20 days after the warranty. Now that you have the new one, you will need to find where your old switch is located. Genrally on the Jeeps you will find it next to the oil Filter. It will be slightly on top of it (if you are looking at the engine the left hand side). You will see that it plugs into a terminal. Unlpug the terminal. Then use your wrench to unscrew the switch. this may take a while since you have very little space to work with. Once you unscrew it (a little bit of oil mau leak, if you are worried about your floor have something underneath the car). Now, screw in the new switch first by hand and tighten with the wrench. Plug the three terminal plug into the switch. Start your engine and enjoy your new switch working. Again, I would highly recommend buying a switch with a lifetime warranty as mine I had installed at the dealer first for $140.49, mopar part of course, only for it to fail in 12 and 1/2 month. Good luck. F
Depending on type of switch- either unscrew or just pry out
you take it to the dealer caz you cant do it for sure its incredably complicated
