How do you replace crank shaft sensor on 2005 Chrysler 2005 300c?
The crank position sensor is behind the crank pulley. You need to remove the pulley, remove the plastic shield and remove two of the lower front cover bolts. Then you can remove the crank sensor. This proceedure is more complicated than it sounds. It is on the front of the crank shaft and under the timing belt cover. You have to remove the crank pulley and all the belts and then the lower timing cover. It is not a job for a beginner.from : http://repairpal.com/crankshaft-sensor-569
