Concerntrated force,pull out straight,remove coins etc,line up gear wheels on either side,make sure light wires are still attached,push back in with controlled force.Worked for me.

It's just under the ash tray, remove the ash tray and the panel cover is underneath it.
There are 4 Phillips head screws that hold the dash. 2 of them are right above the speedometer and the other 2 are found when you remove the ash tray. Once the ash tray is removed you will see them. Once you remove these screws you have to pull it carefully, because there are about 4 harnesses that must be disconnected before you can fully pull out the dash.Installation is the reversal of removal.

There is a little door on the right of the ash tray. You to remove the ash tray an then move the door to the left and you will see the plug.
If you look in the front of the power outlet (or lighter) you will see a little switch. Slide it to the right and the ash tray will pop out.
